Day 1: Arrival in Bodh Gaya
Arrive at Gaya Airport and transfer to hotel. Visit the Mahabodhi Temple, where Buddha attained enlightenment. Evening prayer and meditation. Overnight in Bodh Gaya.
Day 2: Bodh Gaya to Varanasi
Attend morning ceremony at Mahabodhi Temple. Drive to Varanasi, with stops along the way. Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Overnight near Sarnath.
Day 3: Sarnath to Kushinagar
Visit Sarnath, where Buddha gave his first sermon. Explore Deer Park and Dhamek Stupa. Drive to Kushinagar, visit Mahaparinirvana Temple. Overnight in Kushinagar.
Day 4: Kushinagar to Lumbini
Visit Mahaparinirvana Temple and Ramabhar Stupa. Drive to Lumbini, Nepal – Buddha’s birthplace. Visit Maya Devi Temple. Overnight in Lumbini.
Day 5: Lumbini to Kathmandu
Fly to Kathmandu from Bhairahawa Airport. End of tour with cherished memories.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN BODH GAYA
- Arrive at Gaya Airport to a warm welcome by our guide and tour manager.
- Transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest.
- In the evening, visit the Mahabodhi Temple, where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment under the sacred Bodhi Tree. Spend time in prayer and peaceful meditation.
- Return to hotel.
DAY 2: BODH GAYA TO VARANASI
- Early morning: Attend a special ceremony at Mahabodhi Temple.
- Return to hotel for breakfast.
- Post breakfast, drive towards Varanasi with a packed lunch.
- En route: Scenic drive, comfort breaks, and quick refreshment stops.
- Upon arrival, check-in at hotel near Sarnath.
- In the evening, witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat – a mesmerizing spiritual experience on the banks of the Ganga.
DAY 3: SARNATH TO KUSHINAGAR
- Early wake-up call at 5 AM; breakfast by 6 AM.
- Visit Sarnath – where Buddha gave his first sermon on the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path.
- Explore Deer Park and Dhamek Stupa.
- After lunch, drive to Kushinagar, the sacred site of Buddha’s Mahaparinirvana.
- Check-in at hotel, relax.
DAY 4: KUSHINAGAR TO LUMBINI
- After breakfast, visit important Buddhist landmarks:
Mahaparinirvana Temple
Ramabhar Stupa – site of Buddha’s cremation.
- After an early lunch or packed meal, drive to Lumbini (Nepal) – the birthplace of Lord Buddha.
- Visit the Maya Devi Temple, marking the exact spot of Buddha’s birth.
- Check-in at hotel.
DAY 5: LUMBINI TO KATHMANDU
- After breakfast, transfer to Bhairahawa Airport (approx. 30 mins).
- Depart for Kathmandu with cherished memories of this sacred journey.
