8-DAY JAPAN DISCOVERY JOURNEY: TOKYO — HOKKAIDO — CULTURAL IMMERSION

 
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN TOKYO

Arrive at Haneda International Airport and transfer to central Tokyo (13km, approximately 30 minutes). Visit Odaiba Seaside Park — A futuristic entertainment hub with stunning bay views. Check in at the hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO — KAWAGUCHI-KO
Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Mt. Fuji area (approximately 2 hours). Visit Oshino Hakkai — A scenic village with crystal-clear ponds. Proceed to Mt. Fuji 1st or 5th Station (weather permitting). Lunch at a local restaurant. Explore Gotemba Premium Outlets for shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant. Check in at hotel in Kawaguchi-ko. DAY 3: KAWAGUCHI-KO — OWAKUDANI — TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Owakudani (approximately 1 hour). Experience volcanic landscapes and the famous black eggs. Continue journey to Tokyo (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes). Lunch at a local restaurant. Explore Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (closed on Mondays). Free time in Shinjuku for personal exploration or shopping. Dinner at a local restaurant. Check in at Tokyo hotel. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 4: TOKYO — CHITOSE — SAPPORO
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Asakusa, Nakamise shopping street, and view Tokyo Skytree. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Haneda International Airport and fly to Chitose International Airport, Hokkaido. Arrive in Chitose and transfer to Sapporo. Visit Nijo Seafood Market. Dinner at a local restaurant. Check in at Sapporo hotel. Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 5: SAPPORO — OTARU — SAPPORO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Otaru (approximately 1 hour). Leisure walk covering Otaru Canal, Kitaichi Glass Museum, and Otaru Music Box Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Sapporo (approximately 1 hour 10 minutes). Visit Shiroi Koibito Park — Chocolate-themed attraction. Visit Sapporo Beer Museum and Odori Park. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 6: SAPPORO — NOBORIBETSU
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Noboribetsu (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes). Lunch at a local restaurant. Explore Jigokudani (Hell Valley) — A dramatic volcanic crater. Check in at hotel in Noboribetsu. Overnight in Noboribetsu.

DAY 7: NOBORIBETSU — CHITOSE — TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. Photo stop at Toya Lake en route to Chitose (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes). Lunch at a local restaurant. Fly from Chitose International Airport to Haneda International Airport, Tokyo. Dinner at a local restaurant. Check in at hotel in Tokyo. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE FROM TOKYO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Haneda International Airport for departure.
