– DAY 1: WELCOME TO SIEM REAP – FLOATING VILLAGES & CULTURE UNVEILED
AM: Pick-up at Siem Reap airport then transfer to check-in (early check-in depend on room available)

PM: Visit Chhong Khneas village, the floating village located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Visit the village and take an excursion in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, Cambodia’s biggest natural water body and, one of the largest in Asia. The experience is wonderful as we pass by floating village, friendly children in small boats and fishermen. Return to city and continue to visit "Les Artisans D`Angkor - Chantiers Ecoles", this center works with young artisans; the team creates, produce and market a unique collection of ornamental sculpture, lacquer, silk weaving and silk painting. The company promotes fair and sustainable development in order to provide benefits to rural communities.

Evening: Walk around by yourselves to visit Pub Street & Night market. Both Pub Street and Siem Reap night market is located next to each other in the heart of Siem Reap. As the name suggests, Pub Street is a short alley flanked by clubs, bars, and restaurants, offering a wide variety of culinary treats from Khmer specialties to Western favorites. While night market sell a diversity of featured local handicrafts, traditional costume, handy carvings, exquisite jewelries made of gold, silver, etc with affordable prices.

– DAY 2: TEMPLES OF ANGKOR – A STEP INTO THE GLORIOUS PAST
AM: Visit to the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century) : the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King ; Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool (representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake), Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic. Preah Khan temple, Built by the King Jayavarman VII. Preah Khan is, like Ta Prohm, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder hugging corridors. Unlike Ta Prohm, however, the temple of Preah Khan is in a reasonable state of preservation and ongoing restoration efforts should maintain and even improve this situation.

PM: Visit to the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture, view a wonderful sunset from the Top of Phnom Bakhen Hill.

– DAY 3: DEPARTURE WITH HEARTFUL MEMORIES

After breakfast, enjoy free time until your airport transfer.
Bid farewell to Cambodia with beautiful memories and photos to last a lifetime.
